Small and medium businesses drown in the same questions: “when will it ship?”, “how do I return an item?”, “is it in stock?”. Answering them by hand consumes hours every day. Our goal is for the AI to answer instantly and in your voice — while you focus on growing the company.

How it works

Teach the bot once — by adding questions and answers to the knowledge base. From then on the AI uses it to answer customers on all connected channels. On higher plans we enable semantic search, thanks to which the bot understands questions asked “in your own words”.
